After two straight away games, the Tar Heels are back in Kenan Stadium this Saturday to take on the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets. This weekend also coincides with the yearly Homecoming event, which will hopefully boost the number of fans who will be in Chapel Hill to cheer on Carolina in this matchup. While Homecoming is primarily viewed as a fan-centric event, especially for the alumni who will be returning to their alma mater this weekend, former-UNC players Mike Ingersoll and Taylor Vippolis join host Jon Seiglie to give their perspective on the event. The Atlantic Coast Conference held its annual media day this Wednesday in Charlotte, NC, and Inside Carolina was on-site to provide full coverage of the event. The "Oldest Rivalry In the South" renews this Saturday as Carolina prepares to take on the Virginia Cavaliers in Charlottesville, with the two teams heading in very different directions so far during this season. As a Virginia native, Inside Carolina's E.J. Wilson always placed special emphasis on that game as a player, and now he joins host Jon Seiglie to dive deep into the rivalry between UVA & Carolina. Wilson shares his best and worst memories from facing off against the Cavaliers, and also gives some insight into how the players approached this game.

Even though the Tar Heels lost a close game to Virginia Tech last Saturday, the atmosphere in Kenan Stadium for the game was arguably the best it has been in years. The coaching staff was able to have a large number of recruits on campus for this game, highlighted by 2019 four-star defensive back Anthony Harris from Havelock, NC and 2020 four-star O-lineman Mitchell Mayes from Raleigh NC. Inside Carolina's recruiting expert Don Callahan was on-site to confirm all the recruits who were in Chapel Hill for the game, and he joins host Jon Seiglie to give a full report on what was a very important recruiting weekend for UNC.
