e024: I'd Rather LIVE in Obscurity! -- (Aware of sound quality issues; apologies.) Surrender or die in obscurity? We think not, good sir! For if we die, how can we talk about obscure fighting games, Wreck It Ralph, Carlos' experience at Canada Cup 2012, what stupid gamers consider "sexist," freakin' STAR WARS EPISODE 7 (!), and why G Gundam is the only good Gundam series? We'd have to be raised as undead bitches! ... I've just been told that it's "liches." What a stupid fucking word.

e023: GAME OF THE YEAR ALL YEARS -- Dave mocks the hell out of Carlos, the former upset the latter tends to play older games over newer ones. To cement his point, Dave pulls up GameOfTheYear.org, and the two go over what they (didn't) play(ed), (didn't) like(d), and (didn't) think/thought was revolutionary. Together, the two boys become men. Not sexually. Possibly sexually.

e022: Slender U? Nintendo Systems and Overrated Indie Horror Games! -- Dave and Carlos scrutinize Slender, the most overrated pile o' crap "indie horror game" ever, and openly wonder about this "Wii U" thing they've been hearing about. They also talk about indie games in general, ponder Limbo, chat about emulation, and hype Double Dragon Neon. POSTSCRIPT: We erroneously claim two things about the Wii U: 1) that the NA release lacks a sensor bar, which is incorrect as both versions include the bar; 2) that Friend Codes are still numbers, which we don't actually yet know. Our sincerest apologies for the misinformation.

e021: Business, Art, Challenges, Money -- Apologies for sound quality/bumpy recording on this otherwise very cool episode! Dave and Carlos welcome friends Kiki, Po, and now-graduated Isaac (from episode 11) for a roundtable where we talk about EA's latest "no 1P" decision, games as art, challenges both self-imposed and scripted in-game, and Kickstarter.

e020: Beyond Games and Mere Mortality -- Gaming and more! Dave and Carlos talk about RPG inventory systems and the general power/balance of RPG items in general. They also shit all over Final Fantasy, talk breast physics in Dark Cloud 2 (which Monica doesn't have but totally should), berate the bad Darksiders 2 PC port, bust all over Persona 4 Arena, and go over Dave's wish list of upcoming games. And, likely a mainstay: some talk about forms of entertainment that (gasp!) aren't games (TV, film, etc.). Carlos thinks anime sucks, where Dave does not.

e019: Snippets and Doodads -- This episode is comprised of snippets and the like, captured both outside of the podcast and from a couple episodes that were never released. Topics include obscene Microsoft/Sony patching costs, Double Dragon, Zelda combat, the Olympics, bullshit round robin tourney formats (including soccer), Rise of the Triad, Mists of Pandaria, a new (!) DreamCast game called Gunlord, Ouya, and Melty Blood. A good episode to listen to with the lights off. Possibly nude. Sexually.

Be talkin' smack 'bout reloading weapons, jibba-jabba all over lives systems, talkin' high-low on the down-low alignment Ogre Battle nonsense, nuttin' all over Metroidvania's sexy lips, and puppehs barkin' all over the background an' junk.
