Conventional wisdom says that Millennials, when immersed in the workplace, prefer positive feedback. However a recent study conducted by Zenger Folkman, proves that it is not true. Management skills were believed to be infinitely portable and the General Manager did not need to possess a deep understanding of the technology of the business to be considered effective. She worked in the Clinton Whitehouse, is the author of six books, and provides leadership consulting and keynote presentations for a variety of organizations, including Fortune 500 companies. Bonnie is also a Paralympic medalist who lost her right leg at the age of five due to a rare congenital condition.
