Meditation is weird. My relationship to it changes every day and over time I have noticed patterns in my practice. Currently, it feels like a thought circus. Every once in a while I have a few days of focused practice and then, it explodes back into fireworks. I am fascinated by the show my mind continually puts on for me. This piece is about that. Give a listen and share your thoughts. I hope to make a piece at some point that addresses the more sublime moments in meditation.
