This week we talk about the new Blu-ray of Pete Kelly's Blues (1955) starring Jack Webb. We follow up with 8 Suspense Thrillers including The Day They Robbed The Bank Of England (1960), Guns of Darkness (1962), The Password Is Courage (1962), The Hook (1963) starring Kirk Douglas, Twilight of Honor (1963) with Richard Chamberlain, Night Must Fall (1964), Of Human Bondage (1964) with Kim Novak and The 25th Hour (1967) starring Anthony Quinn. We follow that up with two new silent films, The Cossacks (1928) with John Gilbert and Renee Adoree and the thought-long-lost Why be Good? (1929) starring Colleen Moore. Then the Crime Globe summons us forward in time to chat about Super Globetrotters: The Complete Animated Series with the Harlem Globetrotters. Finally we chat about three classic DVDs now back in print, King's Row (1942) with future President Ronald Reagan, Raymond Chandler's Murder, My Sweet (1944) with Dick Powell and Fritz Lang's Clash by Night (1952) starring Barbara Stanwyck, Robert Ryan and Marilyn Monroe.
