This podcast is one that I wanted to put together to discuss the struggles, the successes and the stories of being healthy and travelling this journey together one day at a time. When I first started this journey a year and a half ago I was ringing in at a whopping 360 pounds and after patience and focus, I have been able to lose 100 of those pounds.
