Having the second meal only after 7 hours without snacking (unless absolutely needed, only fruits or fresh juice), helps in making the correction on a cellular level by default and maintaining the active atmosphere in the body, without causing lethargy, inertia or any long term side effects that the stimulants (tea/coffee) deliver. Most of the issues in your body like diabetes, thryroid, high blood pressure and excessive fat will be taken care of, if you just take care of this. Modern science will constantly contradict their statements because they might try their best, but can never know this existence in entirety.
