Summary: Halloween has always been connected with spirits but do we have to make it so gory. When did all the killing and blood have to get into the act. The shock value of Halloween in our opinion has gotten way out of hand. Think about it when I was a kid I use to go trick or treating by myself the neighborhood was safe. Now the kids need armed guards to take them around to avoid sick and twisted people. Is this just a sign of the times or is it because we now make violence and gore part of our everyday life in the movies.
