In our main topic we talk sugar is toxic, based on an episode of 60 minuets Dr. Rob recently saw featuring Dr.Robert Lustig and Dr. Sanjay Gupta in which they both talk about how sugar can be and is toxic to the human body. We talk about how people a hundred years ago consumed but a fraction of the sugar the average person consumes today and relate that to all the health issues related to modern day society and the modern day diet. We also talk about a book written by Timothy Ferris called the Four Hour Body based on an interview Charlie saw online. In his book he discusses many of the same things that we have talked about in our podcasts as well as gives some great tips to help you lose weight and/or increase your bodies performance in a short amount of time.
