Summary: <a href="http://bloggingdiabetes.com/BDPitunes"></a>In this episode of the Blogging Diabetes Podcast I spend some time talking about the challenges I've run into with physical activity (yard work, landscaping, mowing grass and traditional exercise) and my blood sugars. I'm in a situation where I want to be acutely focused on improving both my A1c and losing some weight so I feel better. It seems to me that it's very difficult to do both of these things without waiting years for results them. When I focus on improving one area the other area seems to suffer. Also included in this podcast is a bit of a rant about stress and how it impacts blood sugars and overall health. I hope you enjoy the show! My wife and I are expecting our baby REAL soon.
