Righteous in Christ 11b - Righteousness Practiced - Yielding to God and not to sin 2

Summary: Practicing righteousness is about yielding to God and not to sin.  Paul, in Romans 6:13, instructs us to yield or present ourselves to God as ‘instruments of righteousness.’  Every musician needs an instrument to express their musical ability.  Although being dead to the power of your old sinful nature, sin still seeks an instrument to express itself.  We are to yield ourselves, our faculties to the Great Musician to express the glory, wonder and magnificence of Christ.  We now, by the acting of yielding to God's powerful grace, now reign and have dominion over sin
