Because hes a meteorologist, he tries to provide some kind of scientific explanations on the how and why ghosts and spirits exist and are able to communicate. He always gets a headache whenver hes in the presence of a ghost or a spirit. There is a difference, which he explains in the book. The book also contains personal experiences on and off ghost tours in historic places.
