While I had heard many positive comments about the trainer’s at Core Fitness, I was truly not aware of what I had in store. With the dedication, of Stacy Hart, (formerly Morey), and Arianne Missimer, I was able to carry through lifestyle changes and win the Biggest Loser contest. Stacy’s dedication to my success was the inspiration for my overall success. She new exactly how hard to push me and stressed the overall importance of excellent form and body mechanics. When Stacy left Core Fitness to further pursue her business career, she still came back in the evenings and mornings to train me. Additionally, she trained me in the weeks before her wedding and never complained about the extra hours. She was a constant source of motivation and she maintained a consistent encouraging presence when I needed her most. Arianne was also a positive influence throughout the competition. She taught me realistic lifestyle changes that reflected my busy schedule and that would be easy to incorporate and uphold. Whenever I started to set unrealistic goals or push beyond what was practical and realistic, Arianne would teach me how to substitute healthier habits. She was a shining source of optimism that kept me focused on the ultimate goal at hand, lifestyle change. Additionally, the support and encouragement from the other participants and trainers in the challenge helped me stay on track and try new opportunities that I may not have otherwise explored. The other participants in the challenge were always positive and enthusiastic. One of the other challengers inspired me to run my first 5K. She and her trainer actually met me at the race and offered me advice on how to succeed. It was an exciting accomplishment that I would not have attempted if I did not have their support. I will always relish the four months of my Biggest Loser contest. I had an amazing experience because of an extremely talented group of highly dedicated fitness professionals. I also grew to think of these professionals as my new Core Fitness friends. While I am extremely grateful to have won the competition and finally lose the weight, I am also very thankful for the overall experience. Mostly because, I always look forward to walking in the door at Core Fitness and the welcoming environment of friendly clients and staff.”
