Summary: Homebrewing beer. The CYBI crew is once again put to the test with another Jolly Pumpkin Artisan Ales challenge on The Brewing Network. This time the crew is asked to homebrew Madrugada Obscure (Dark Dawn). This complex craft beer is a Belgian-inspired stout that is dark, roasty and one of the most unique beers on earth. Once again CYBI enlists sour expert Mike Mraz to tackle the challenge. Can he brew it?
