Summary: The show opens with Ben figuring out that he's been using his microphone incorrectly for a while (like 100 shows). It's fixed now. The guys go on to talk about their travel packing and entertainment choices. Ben brings a question to Don about some improperly cooled bubbling stew that came from a local non-profit. They go on to talk about weird hydrated rice in a restaurant. They guys go on to talk about some Thanksgiving follow-up including Ben's turkey slashing onto an apple pie and then cantaloupe safety talk. The show ends on ghost kitchen risks (not the types the guys often think about), some followup on IHOP syrup, delivery ice cream and shipped turkey.
