Summary: Racquel recorded this Human Side (of Medicine) interview in March 2019. Since then she has had a beautiful baby girl and is now completing her residency program. I have looked up to Racquel since I became introduced to her on social media. Her calm presence and fierce advocacy for mothers and people of color within and beyond the walls of medicine has been a deep source of inspiration for me.
