If we feel good, we are happier, have optimistic thoughts and we are inspired and moving forward in life, if we feel bad, we are less happy and feel like we are going in the wrong direction in life. Of course, there is always an ebb and flow but overall we want to feel like we are pointed in the right direction. Feeling crappy leads to more crappy experiences, feeling happier leads to more happiness! So, it makes a whole lot of good sense to understand what makes us feel good, find new ways to feel good, and then apply that wisdom to our lives.
