Killafornia Dreaming show

Summary: On New Year’s Eve 1992, 17 year old honor roll student, candidate for the Ivy League upon graduation from high school, and son of a prominent Orange County, California physician, Stuart Tay left his home, telling his little sister he was off to run an errand. He never came back. In a story that shocked the nation, stunned that a group of Asian American high school students - top of the class, straight A having, future valedictorians were possibly involved in some serious criminal activity - I would argue, especially by today’s standards, that the background of these kids isn’t as shocking as one may think. Listen now to what exactly this apparently model students did when one of the plans to commit a violent crime went off the rails.

https://spotlight.newsreview.com/california-endowment/community/activists-seek-justice-reform-for-youth-sentenced-as-adults/

http://content.time.com/time/magazine/article/0,9171,160910,00.html

https://www.dorkaholics.com/stuart-tay-honor-roll-murder/

https://www.latimes.com/archives/la-xpm-1994-05-08-mn-55177-story.html

https://goldsea.com/Features2/Murders/murders2.html

https://www.chicagotribune.com/news/ct-xpm-1993-02-01-9303174606-story.html

https://www.latimes.com/archives/la-xpm-1994-04-08-mn-43653-story.html
