All had a common thread of situational communication and unique challenges.  The biggest challenge came as an opportunity to work for Monsanto as the Director of Millennial Engagement. Vance discusses work inside the company, as well as his experiences with company culture and objectives. He also discusses his time since serving in that role, working to help train agriculture professionals in effective communication.
