Summary: THERE WERE GIANTS in the earth in those days, and also after that… It’s an understatement to say that Genesis 6:1-4 has caused an inordinate amount of controversy among Christian theologians and lay people for thousands of years. The current consensus is that the “sons of God” mentioned in those verses were the righteous sons of Seth, the third son of Adam and Eve, and the Nephilim were somehow created by their poor decision to marry the wicked daughters of Seth’s brother, Cain. This week, we dig into the archives here in the bunker for a discussion of the mysterious group called the Nephilim that was recorded live in July of 2012 at the Prophecy Summit in Branson.
