Summary: Haiti’s Delphine Gardère, CEO of Rhum Barbancourt, is the family’s 5th generation overseeing the distillery, established in 1862 by her French ancestor, Dupré Barbancourt. Delphine shares her passion for Haitian art and culture and explains how Barbancourt makes its aged dark rums. After attending university in Spain, Nicola Thornton worked with leading wineries in Toro.
