While she doesn't use traditional psychotherapy, her practice includes integrating yoga into treatment. Abbie is trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Therapy (specifically yoga, but not EMDR). She has over 10 years of clinical experience working specifically with children and adolescents between the ages of 4-18 and over 20 years of clinical experience working with individual adults and families. She can work with a scope of behavioral, developmental, mental health, and personality disorders. In addition, Abbie is a 200 Hour Certified Yoga Teacher and has been providing yoga instruction to individuals and families for two years, while maintaining a weekly practice herself for three years.
