Soul on Saturday - Oldschool Soul and R&B SPECIAL: Charles Glenn member of Motown band Ozone

Summary: This week my guest is Charles Glenn. Charles was one of the founding members of the Motown Funk Fusion band Ozone. Ozone was the funky soul R& B house band for Motown during the 80's, backing up many of the artists on the label. They were Teena Marie's band and would often tour with Teena in concert. Charles Glenn is that "Oldschool New" type of musician you can always find on the SOS. He was doing it back in the day and he has something fresh and new for the 2010 too... He is one of the founding members of Ozone but Charles is a true musician and currently has been working with Little Richard as well as having his own all-star Jazz band. We will chop it up like we do it, talking about his body of work as well as listening to the new music he has out and get his thoughts on the music thing as he sees it. All I can say is one word to describe what you'll hear with Mr Glenn...BAAAAD!
