He was a snow plow. So Sidney kept moving. The snow, flew off of the plow and onto the side of the road. The little snow plow wondered why he hadn’t thought of this sooner. He looked back in the mirror and noticed that there were some spots of snow on the road behind him. He wasn’t getting all the snow off the road at this speed. But, most of the road was clear, so Sidney decided to keep moving.

The snow filled the air in front of him, and it became more difficult for the plow to stay steady on the road. Still Sidney kept his speed up. Suddenly, the road felt really slippery, and Sidney’s tires couldn’t hold on. He slid right off the road and into a ditch.
Today’s Meditation: We will guide you in a progressive relaxation from your head to your toes.
Looking for stories that emphasize acceptance, understanding, and empathy? You'll find them on Ahway Island®.
