Summary: Picture this, you are freezing to death under the crippling weight of an avalanche. Suddenly, a slobbering mess of a dog with some booze barrel unearths you and saves your life. Now imagine roughly the same dog, in the dead of summer, with rabies. Pretty different, right? Well that's basically Stephen King's Cujo.  The film starts Dee Wallace, the adulterous Donna Trenton, who just wants her car fixed and her son, Tad (Danny Pintauro) to stop crying for his dad, Vic (Daniel Hugh Kelly). The film pretty drastically modified the end of the book, but King did the same in his initial draft of the screenplay. Overall, this is inarguably one of the best King adaptations, which is sadly not paraded through the streets on a gold-gilded throne.  If you ever have feedback or recommendations on future episodes, please let us know at slasherspod@gmail.com.
