Clark Chen (director of Clinical Neuro-oncology, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Boston) argues we need a better understanding of the therapeutic concepts that have evolved over the past three decades to develop treatment, and in a JNNP article this month he lays out seven of these key ideas.
