When You're Upset You Can First Self-Text

10 MINUTES TO LESS SUFFERING show

Summary: Self-texting is therapeutic. Sit down and text yourself when your emotions are running high or when you need to express yourself without worrying about how it will make someone else feel. When you send the text to yourself (instead of the original intended recipient), you get the opportunity to not only say what you need to say but to also press send! Then, when you receive the text, you have the time to read it, and be more thoughtful about how you communicate. Self-texting creates less drama in our lives!
