John has had an extensive career in writing, philanthropy, politics, public service and the Fortune 500. He is presently the executive director of the Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation and Institute and has extensively analyzed many angles of media bias. John is also the author of "The Shroud Conspiracy" (2017) and "The Second Coming" (2018). He served as the first president of the Waitt Institute, a nonprofit research organization dedicated to historic discovery and scientific exploration. There, he helped lead to the discovery, authentication and preservation of the famed lost Gospel of Judas. In 2007, he spearheaded the organization's first deep-sea exploration to solve one of the last great American mysteries: the 1937 disappearance of Amelia Earhart.
