Andre has over 20 years of experience working with sustainability initiatives, with a focus on responsible sourcing and certification in agriculture and forestry. He led the development of the first sustainability policy and implementation systems for Rabobank in Brazil, served as the executive director of the Brazilian NGO IMAFLORA, and as the Director General of the Forest Stewardship Council. Andre also served as a member of the ISEAL Board for many years and in 2015 joined the Advisory Board of Social Accountability International. At Re:co Symposium in April, Andre took part in our session on sustainability.
