Summary: Jesse James Hollywood was a mid-level drug dealer in the late 90s in the San Fernando Valley area of California. Many of the guys he recruited to deal drugs for him, often found themselves in debt because they tended to smoke more than they sold. One in particular owed Jesse James some money, but really didn’t concern himself with paying him. This began a feud that eventually boiled over into an not-so-well laid plan to extort the money out of him.
