Summary: In this episode, I talk with Josephine Lau and Alyssa Mak, owners of, "Grace and Strength" yoga studio in Sydney and Melbourne Australia. They are a Christian Yoga Studio(?), and they explain their perspective on how that is possible. Both Josephine and Alyssa were trained with Brooke Boone and Holy Yoga, a non-profit that offers Christ centered yoga teacher training. Oh Brooke, bless her heart.
