Summary: Arrow is coming up on it's end and despite some small problems, it's coming in strong. The development of Oliver this season has been pretty good. Oliver going back to Anatoly kinda brings this show full circle and showed that Oliver does still have a plan. Even the Laurel and Quentin stuff was pretty good.
