Marcello served as the Director of Sport Performance at Stanford University for a number of years, overseeing the training, athletic development and recovery of athletes from 36 different intercollegiate teams, many of which were National Champions. Since then, he has made his services available to a broad range of organizations looking to enhance performance and overall health and well-being.<br><br>We speak to Brandon about all aspects of training, nutrition, recovery and human behavior. Our discussion stretches from the highest levels of human performance in the sporting realm to the habits and tendencies of some top performers in the corporate and technology sectors.
