Standard practice for a lash artists is to enforce a fee for last minute cancellations, but should lash artists in turn offer a discount or comped service for the rare occasion they need to cancel on a client due to an emergency, sickness or some other unforeseen event? The overwhelming response from lash artists was "of course! It's only fair. The client's time is just as valuable as ours and I want to be respectful."
