Bonus Episode of the Lessons of a Lashpreneur Is a Cancellation Policy a 2-way Street? We're talking for emergencies and last minute cancellations. Standard practice for a lash artists is to enforce a fee for last minute cancellations, but should lash artists in turn offer a discount or comped service for the rare occasion they need to cancel on a client due to an emergency, sickness or some other unforeseen event? The overwhelming response from lash artists was "of course! It's only fair. The client's time is just as valuable as ours and I want to be respectful." Here's my take on whether or not a cancellation policy is a 2-way street, I might just surprise you with my perspective.
