Summary: After what could be considered a successful road trip all things considered, the M's are back at home tonight to face the Royals, with a record of 51-31, 20 games above .500. We've said it before, but did anyone expect the team to be here at the end of June. Just winning the wild card would be kind of a disappointment at this point. This team feels a lot like the 2012 Seahawks or the 1977-78 Sonics, the biggest difference is that there isn't the feeling that they can maintain. for years to come.
