Summary: It's been a rough July for the Mariners. It isn't even that their record has been horrible. It's been pretty average in fact. The offense though, has been awful, and to make matters worse, Oakland won't stop winning. We all kept dismissing Oakland, but now they're tied for the wildcard and can't be dismissed any longer. The offense needs to wake up. We all expect the A's to regress to the mean, but maybe it's time for the M's to progress to the mean.
