Summary: JULIAN SANDS, best known for films "A Room with a View," "Warlock" and "Boxing Helena," is our featured guest this Sunday! JULIAN was born in Otley, West Riding of Yorkshire and trained at the Central School of Speech and Drama in London. He has starred in some of the most memorable films of the last thirty years, including "A Room with a View," "The Killing Fields," "Boxing Helena," "Impromptu," "Leaving Las Vegas," "Oceans 13" and "The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo." His high-profile television credits include "24," "Smallville," "Dexter" and "Gotham." He has also just wrapped "The Medici" for Netflix and "Walk Like a Panther" - a ton of fun, blood, sweat, and spandex movie about a wrestling team! He is currently starring in LA Theatre Works world premiere of "Daniel Deronda," an adaptation, of George Eliot's 1876 novel exploring the place of Judaism in British Victorian society. Daniel Deronda is an intelligent, handsome young man who has been raised by his guardian, Sir Hugo Mallinger, but knows nothing of his true origins. Deronda's search to find his identity leads him into the world of 19th-century Zionism and the Jewish mystical tradition known as Kabbalah, a discovery that will alter the course of his life. Also joining us on the show this Sunday night is OLIVIA OOMS, a young, emerging country singer. OLIVIA, 15, is from Huntington Beach, and has been seen performing her blend of pop-country in many places such as Coastal Country Jam opening for Lady Antebellum and Old Dominion, the Troubador in London, the Hard Rock Café in LA, Surf City Nights, The Gaslamp, The Queen Mary, the OC Fair and in front of over 4000 military families at the Snowball Express in Dallas, Texas. Her first EP, "Thoughts of You," was recently recorded in Nashville and is scheduled to be released in the spring.
