10 - Remembering The Good

Summary: Where our treasure is, there our heart will be also. We can get so caught up in a swirling mind of what isn't working, what's not going well and despair in believing tomorrow will be just like today. We forget there is good present in our lives and we forget what that feels like. By pausing, by dwelling on the good, we can expand our experience of safety, hope, God and joy in our very lives without needing to change them. Grace & Peace.
