For those of you new to the podcast, this is the 7th installment in our What's The Deal series, where we dive deep into the science and the research behind a specific topic in the field of nutrition and lifestyle. We talk about everything from chronic disease to the microbiome to fiber for athletes and then of course wax philosophical to discuss how this fits in to the bigger lifestyle. It’s great. It’s long.
