In Episode 26, The Two Fit Crazies sit down with world renown sculptor Brian Hanlon of Hanlon Sculpture Studio to discuss his amazing “one in a billion” career in the art world, his lifelong passion for sports, running, athletics and that space where the influences of each overlap. Mr. Hanlon discusses the influential role that running, exercise and fitness plays in maintaining his “spiritual fitness”, an all important piece to his life and work and something that he sees in some of the greatest coaches of our time as well. There’s a story behind each creation, of which he casts in bronze. The list (and stories) goes on and on! He is a special guy and it’s fair to say that Brian Hanlon can spin a yarn. We hope that you enjoy this as much as we did.
