Summary: In this episode, Chris and Cody discuss the most taboo of all numbers: 13. Chris delves into the origins of triskaidekaphobia (pronounced “Aeijdklj#$@#$kjoei”), or fear of the number 13. He shares the story of a composer so afraid of the number, he does some really stupid things. Cody discusses the sexist origins of triskaidekaphobia and tries to recreate a period. He also talks about the world’s unluckiest murder, committed on Friday the 13th. BS Weekly explores Cody’s (maybe) great-great-great-great-great uncle, Richard Wagner, and his many many many experiences with the number 13.
