Summary: MARIA RUSSELL, from MTV's "Teen Wolf," is our special guest this Sunday night! MARIA is a self-proclaimed Mexiuanian - Mexican and Lithuanian - and a proud native Angeleno. She is best known for MTV's "Teen Wolf," recurring as Deputy Vargas and the hit horror movie "Lights Out." She has also appeared in "General Hospital," "The Bold and the Beautiful," "Major Crimes," "CSI," "Criminal Minds" and "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia." She is currently appearing in "The Latina Christmas Special," a play bursting with laughs, more laughs, music and scandal, at The Los Angeles Theatre Center. The production runs December 1 through January 7. Also dropping by the show Sunday night is Oscar nominated / Emmy winning director STACY SHERMAN. Her new short film is "The Chute," and is available on IndieVue, a new streaming site for indie films, docs and animated films. STACY is best known for have co-wrote, co-produced and co-directed the documentary "God Sleeps In Rwanda," which chronicles the story of five survivors, whose lives were irrevocably altered, 10 years after the Rwandan genocide. Sold to HBO, "God Sleeps in Rwanda" was nominated for an Academy Award and won an Emmy. She also co-wrote the screenplay, "One for the Money," based on the best-selling book series by Janet Evanovich. The feature film stars Katherine Heigl and was released by LakeShore Entertainment and Lionsgate.
