Summary: Dpalm is back and so the Super Tuesday Recap team is whole again. We discuss episode 6 of Season 4 of The Flash, When Harry Met Harry. While this episode is definitely funny, it also felt a bit off. The show tried to treat this villain with a bit more seriousness and sympathy but it instead felt like a miss. The seriousness crammed in between Dibny being over the top and Harry & Cisco dealing with the "Council of Wells" just made the episode feel off balanced.
