The Perfect Day Exercise

Thought For Food Podcast show

Summary:

Imagine what your most ideal, perfect day would look like. There are zero limitations, money is not an issue, and you have all the time in the world. Now write that down in excruciating detail from the moment you wake up to the moment you go to bed. Hang it up somewhere where you can see it every day. Then ask yourself how you can make decisions or shift your habits to reflect moving towards that perfect day. This exercise is extremely helpful in figuring out exactly what you want, and even just thinking about it regularly helps to make it a reality. Now, you don't have to know exactly what your perfect day looks like. It's a process, an evolution. Do it a couple times a year and see how it changes and how much you've evolved alongside it.

Today on the podcast, we walk you through our perfect day exercises. Then we talk about them and the steps we're taking to get closer to those dreams. But the point of the episode is to ignite YOU to go through this exercise and bring more purpose into your life. So once this episode is over, take out a pen and a piece of paper, and write that shit out. Trust us, it feels amazing.

If you are interested, we'd love to hear your thoughts about this episode!
