Summary: <br> The penultimate episode of Legends of Tomorrow is one of the best they've done. No Hawks and bringing some of the CW's best villains together did wonders for this show. And this episode doesn't go as one would expect and so it has us on our toes for the finale. On Arrow, this is also one of their best episodes.
