Summary: State legislatures are in large measure responsible for the pervasive infiltration of pseudo-medicine into the American healthcare system. The states hold the power to license chiropractors, acupuncturists, Traditional Oriental Medicine practitioners, naturopaths and homeopaths. And, unfortunately, they do license them.
