In this episode, we talk about some of the emotional benefits we experience when we are honest with safe people in our lives.<br> For me underneath the habit loop of a pornography addiction was a powerful mistaken belief that I was unlovable. This week consider what may be the mistaken beliefs or lies you have believed about yourself that have added to your addiction.<br> The good news is as we practice being honest and open with others they can give us feedback about our beliefs.
