Plan to fail.”, is a true statement. Without a plan in place you continue to get triggered, go to unsafe places, and relapse. Again and again. Here is the definition: If I do this activity, _________, I will look at porn.These things lead to porn 99% of the time.<br> Possible Unsafe Place:<br> <br> * Unfiltered Internet<br> * Strip Clubs<br> * Surfing Video sites<br> * Smartphone in bed<br> * A 7/11 that sells porn<br> * A HBO Show<br> * A park where people have anonymous sex<br> * A browser on your smartphone<br> <br> P is for Plan(or planning.)<br> The planning step looks at triggers and unsafe places and defines actions.
