Mike Haggar is from the Final Fight games. Mike Haggar is a former professional wrestler who became the mayor of Metro City by literally beating criminals into submission. He's tough, strong, and swings a mean lead pipe. Megaman is an android created by Dr Light to fight the robotic minions of Dr Wily. He's equipped with the Mega Buster, a canon attached to his arm, and he was upgraded to fighting android. In the next round Fox McCloud will go up against Billy and Jimmy Lee.
